*After you pay the 100% Refundable Entrance Fee, you pay a Monthly Service Fee which is based on the size of the apartment.

 
*Upon vacating the apartment, The Woodlands will begin to re-market the apartment. Once another individual pays the applicable Entrance Fee the 100% Refundable Entrance Fee will be paid to you or your estate.

The minimum age for residency at The Woodlands is 62. In the case of a couple, at least one resident must be 62 or older. Some restrictions apply.
